A National Quality Improvement Initiative to Improve Care of Adults with Obesity

Clinical Education Alliance, in partnership with Q Synthesis is interested in expanding its successful national quality improvement (QI) program on obesity care. If enough interest is expressed, the program will start in Q4 2023. For this QI program, your practice will perform a baseline chart review, implement a QI initiative, and track the impact on patient outcomes. To support you and your colleagues, a series of 6 live CME-/CE-certified workshops and additional expert support will help guide you through the QI process.

Obesity Change Makers

Why should your practice participate?

  • Each of your clinicians who participate will gain recognition through a formal recognition program that includes a certificate, press release, and a public webpage
  • Your practice will receive a site stipend of $3,750 for completing this QI program

What does it take to be a Change Maker?

  • Join a national cohort of healthcare professionals (HCPs) who are committed to improving obesity care
  • Learn how to apply the latest clinical evidence around obesity management
  • Collect and review patient-level baseline data in your practice
  • Identify key opportunities for quality improvement
  • Receive coaching and guidance as you develop and implement a QI project in your practice
